After booking, send your video of less than five minutes to Benjamin on WhatsApp at +33 7 60 17 22 01, at least 48 hours before your appointment. Include your name, booking email, session date and main question.
A stable connection, a phone with WhatsApp and a camera angle that lets Benjamin see you and your horse. Ideally, ask someone to film. Benjamin calls the number supplied when booking; include your country code.
You may request one free rescheduling at least 48 hours before your session. The new appointment is subject to Benjamin’s availability.
